Warranty policy:
1. We offer 1 Year Shoe Warranty,
2. Water damage claim will not be entertained.
3. Shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days in case any issue arises.
4. Delivery will be charged on the sale item.
Exchange and Refund :
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
For Regular Products:
You may return or exchange your item within 15 days of purchase.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
The original packaging must be intact. Any used or damaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
For Sale/Discounted Products:
Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase only.
Same condition rules apply: product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Important Notes:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
Product is used, worn, washed, or damaged.
Tags or original packaging are missing.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size/product.

Refund Policy
At Leather n stuff, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer refunds based on your original payment method, as outlined below:
1. Bank Transfer Payments
Refunds for orders paid via bank transfer will be processed within 2–3 working days after we receive the returned parcel.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds for COD orders take 8–13 working days.
This is because we receive payment from our courier partner after delivery, and then process your refund accordingly.
3. Credit/Debit Card Payments
Refunds for card payments are handled by our payment gateway partner.
Our team will forward the refund request within 1 working day after receiving the returned parcel.
Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Refund Deductions
We provide full refunds on products; however, delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.
Delivery charges start from Rs. 500.
